My domestic helper told me she is going to join her friends for lunch tomorrow just below my block. I know she loves raisins so I offered to make her favourite cream scones with lots of raisins so that she can share with her friends tomorrow. I have decided to use a small heartshape mould to cut out the scones. They are so cute. Small enough to pop one into your mouth.
Outside is crispy and inside is soft.

Cute indeed! I loved cream scones, so soft and delicious!
Hugbear,
I often visit your blog by never leave a mark.
Your scones are lovely but your heart is lovelier.....
Addie..
Wow.. scones! That's my favorite snacks. Heart shape scones look really lovely! Good job, wish I could have few pieces :P
Hi Baking Mum
Your cream scones are so beautiful. I'm salivating.
Have good weekend
wow, u are really good at baking..hv a nice weekend..
Thanks everyone. Really yummy. You can try making it yourself. Recipe is in my blog already. But remember to soak the raisin in water for about 30 mins and squeeze it dry a bit before adding to the flour mixture. Do not overmix the dough or else scones will be hard.
i love to see the beautiful scones u made, but unfortunately no pictures.
