Snowskin Mooncake and Jelly Mooncake

This is my first snowskin mooncake that I have made for this year. The filling is using greenbean paste. Skin is not too sweet but the filling is. Well, cannot be helped since the paste is store-bought.

Sharing with you my jelly mooncake. I bought these plastic moulds from Malaysia as I had wanted to try out jelly mooncake.

Hi Hugbear

Wow, your mooncake look yum yum. Do u mind sharing your recipe for the snowskin mooncake? I am trying to make it for the 1st time. Dunno where to get lotus paste & the mould.

Where do u normally buy your utensils & ingredients for baking?

Thanks everyone for your kind comments. I will have to type out the recipe and post it here for both snowskin and jelly mooncake.

I usually get my ingredients and stuff from the local bakery supplies shop here in Singapore. I sometimes get it from Ng Meng Huat (NMH) in JB if I happen to be there. Most of the jelly mould that I have used here are from NMH.

In Singapore, you can try places like Phoon Huat, Sun Lik, Ailin, etc to get your baking supplies.
