Ondeh Ondeh Again
I tried a new batch of ondeh ondeh again today. This time round, I tried cooking the coconut fillings a little wet. I want to be able to taste the juicy coconut fillings when you bite into it. No doubt this is a better version but the wrapping is not that easy. It was easier with the first batch.

Blessed, yes, the texture of this ondeh2 is slightly chewy but soft at the same time. Very shiok to eat. LOL
Surprisely, my kids don't take ondeh2.
