Ondeh Ondeh Again

I tried a new batch of ondeh ondeh again today. This time round, I tried cooking the coconut fillings a little wet. I want to be able to taste the juicy coconut fillings when you bite into it. No doubt this is a better version but the wrapping is not that easy. It was easier with the first batch.

You will also see that this time round the color is green. That is because the sweet potato I bought today is very pale in color so I have added a bit of pandan paste into the dough when kneading.

Hugbear, already very good. The last time I make ondeh ondeh with my frienz. When too much filling is added, the dough just tear. Quite a challenge! But I can see yours has geneours filling. BTW, I think your ondeh ondeh is kinda chewy? Am I right? Because you used sweet potatoe so generously. The texture has to be more yummy than recipes that only calls for flour.
