Chocolate Cupcakes
One of my colleagues did us a favour today and to thank her, I baked some chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache and then decorated it with fondant bees, ladybirds and flowers for her. Really appreciate her help and hope she likes them.

Wow, it really looks very good:> However, may I know if it's very sweet. I wld love to make some but my boys can't take cakes that is too sweet. Is there anyway i cld reduce the sugar on the fondant decor? Thanks for your advise:>

It is not really sweet as the cupcakes itself I used all brown sugar and the chocolate ganache I had used 70% dark chocolate mixed with some semi-sweet chocolate. So it won't be very sweet. I fondant will be sweet as you need the icing sugar generously to get a nice dough for moulding.

Hi receipemum, not really that sweet as the chocolate used was dark couveture chocolate and the sugar used for the cupcakes were brown sugar instead of castor sugar.
