Just make something very quick and tasty for the children and a friend and her kids. They just loved it. Very simple, just apply some tomato sauce over the cream cracker, top it up with either ham, tuna or sausage or whatever toppings of your choice. Sprinkle some grated cheddar cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 10 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown. Watch out not to burn the biscuits. Let it cool down a little bit before eating. Very nice.
