I've tried whipping cream a couple of time, but failed, it always turns into butter and milk. How did you whipped yours huh? tks!

Ning's mummy, I can what you have done was you overwhipped the diary cream. For frosting of cake, we usually use non-diary whipping cream and you won't have the problem of having cream and water separated when overwhipped.
When you whip diary cream, make sure you are nearby to check that the cream is not overwhipped. Stop the mixer as soon as you see that the cream if ready.

The cake look so nice , Is the blue water make by jelly ? and how you make black color for penguins ? they're look so cute ....I love your blog ..... thanks for sharing ...

Hi Nguyen, the blue water was made from piping jelly. I mixed brown and black to the fondant to get black for the penguins.
