Bought a lot of frozen foodstuff from the wholesaler and after I came back I immediately used some of them to cook dinner for my family.
J, thanks for your recommendation, the dory fillet is really good. No smell and taste very smooth. I used it to make fish and chips. The shoestring fries is also very nice. Cannot believe it is so cheap for a big bag like that. Oh, by the way, the potato powder is so easy to use and taste is not bad. However, I changed the ratio of the water and milk stated on the package. I also added a dash of truffle oil into the cooked mash potato and it makes it even more fragrant.
Here are some of the pictures of my fish and chips.

Lee,
Looks so yummy! Your batter for the fish is fried to a crisp :)
I love their crinkled cut fries and their Polish pork sausages. Did you purchase Parmesan cheese & cream cheese as well?
Cheers!
Ma-Li
Ma-Li, I didn't buy Parmesan cheese or cream cheese. I only saw Mascapone cheese. But I bought the 1-kg pack of Morzerella and cheddar cheese. Really much cheaper than from the supermarket.
may I know where is the wholesaler?
Faith
hi
where did you bought all the frozen items from?
I bought it at QB in Jurong. I have no idea where actually is the address because I just sat in my friend's car and let her lead us there.
