Celebrated dad's birthday today. We had dinner outside but I had to bake a cake for him. I made him a mango passionfruit mousse cake. Quite rushing for me because I only baked the spongecake this morning. Had to wait for it to cool down before I could slice it. Then had to make the mango mousse and to assemble the cake. Finally I sent the cake into the freezer at around 2+pm for it to set. Since our dinner was at 6.30 pm I had to make sure the cake is set enough to be unmould and decorated. Thank God, everything was ok. Sharing with you my dad's birthday cake.
