Happy Birthday, Hazel

Just came to know that your birthday was yesterday. Since we will be meeting for lunch tomorrow, I quickly baked you a small birthday cake after work. Wishing you everything good and Happy Belated Birthday, my friend.

Lee, thanks for the beautiful & lovely cake - both in look & taste. My colleagues can't believe it's homemade.

I am one of the lucky one who was at lunch and tried the cake today and yes, it was indeed wonderful. Lee is an inspiration to me getting back to baking! Thanks my friend

Hugbear,
A very lovely cake. You are a very kind lady to go through all the effort to bake her such a pretty cake.

Hi Lee Lee

I always marvel at the cakes which you use buttercream to decorate.

I have not tried it yet .....but am waiting for the right moment.

Can you share the combination of your buttercream ??

Thanks and warm regards
ellen

Hi Ellen, this is not buttercream. It's all fresh whipping cream. I normally uses non-diary whipping cream for my cake deco.
