Finally down to my jelly mooncake already. Every year I will give to my aunties and uncles jelly mooncakes instead of baked or snowskin mooncakes as they prefer the jelly version. One disadvantage of jelly mooncakes is that you have to quickly give them away 1 or 2 days after you have done them since they don't keep well for too long. It is best to consume them within a week after making them as there are coconut milk in the mooncakes. Showing you some of the jelly mooncakes I have made last night. Will show more pictures of the rest when I have finished with them.
Happy Mooncake Festival to everyone who reads my blog.

Hi Baking mum
me again, hehe! Can I use the lotus paste for mooncake as filling for the jelly mooncake? Will it become oily? Thanks!
Eileen, that is what I used too. The same paste that I used to make mooncakes.
Happy Lantern Festival!!
Mooncakes look so nice n delicious..Really appreciate your recipe sharing always!!
LeeLee, you are so hardworking! You made all sort of mooncakes to give away. Man, I wish I have half of your energy.
Hi Hydrangea, you are most welcome. I will share the recipes if and whenever possible. Sometimes if I don't share it is because of various reasons, like if the recipe is not mine and I do not have the permission to share or if I am selling them then I won't be sharing it. Hope you understand.
Ching, I am tired after making all these mooncakes. Finally done. I still have one packet of chocolate lotus paste left and I am too tired to do anymore mooncakes. Maybe in a few months' time I will take it out to use it up.

Hi there,
can these moulds be used for regular moon cakes (the bake types)? Do you know if Ng Meng Huat carries the moulds all year round or just during moon cake festival?
Do you happen to have the address to the store Ng Meng Huat? I saw another store mentioned in another blog call Ng Min Huat, wonder if itis the same?
