Made some chocolates for the kids since their exams are over. Kids didn't like the dark chocolates because it is only semi-sweet whereas the white chocolate is sweet. I was thinking of keeping some for later use on my cupcakes. Sharing with you my chocolates.

Yummie chocolate shells...
Lee Lee,
Your chocolate are very cute and pretty! Can't wait to see your cupcakes with the chocolates. I'm sure all will be gone in minutes.
kwf, the Hello Kitty moulds were bought from either HK or Japan, I can't really remember.
I bought the block chocolate for moulding one from PH. I just melt it down in the microwave and pour it into my moulds. Very easy.
Hello Ching, I know those selling outside are expensive. It is much cheaper doing it on our own.
I just made some chocs for topping cupcakes too. Very super easy to make. I love the hello kitty ones and shells. The butterfly ones too.

Hello
Can you please leave the recipe for the apple pie here? Thanks
Lee Lee, hv tried out yr strawberry marshmallow cake, is nice. From the look of yr picture, cannot see any marshmallow, is it you blend it or melt it together with the gelatine powder as I put the whole piece without cutting or blending. Is this the right way of doing as I'm not quite satify with the one I made.
