Farewell Seafood Lunch

This seafood lunch was something I had wanted to do for two colleagues who have resigned. One of them was so sweet to provide me with huge, full of roe big crabs for my black pepper crab. We had a good time eating and chatting that day. I was so glad that they like most of the dishes I had cooked. Here are some pictures of the food to share with you.

Thanks Cecily.

Hi mad fat chef, I actually used a premix flour mixture that contains Hongkong flour, wheat flour and rice flour. I added extra stuff like baking powder, salt and pepper. To be honest, I did not get the right texture the first time round. I just added more flour and water until I get the texture and taste that I want. I am sorry but I do not have exact measurements.
