This seafood lunch was something I had wanted to do for two colleagues who have resigned. One of them was so sweet to provide me with huge, full of roe big crabs for my black pepper crab. We had a good time eating and chatting that day. I was so glad that they like most of the dishes I had cooked. Here are some pictures of the food to share with you.
I hope to be able to invite them back for another round of makan again.

Hi,
Can u share wif me ur calamari recipe?
I tried making but mine didn't turn out well, somehow the batter just wun stick. Looking at ur pic, they look like the kind I like!
Tks!
Thanks Cecily.
Hi mad fat chef, I actually used a premix flour mixture that contains Hongkong flour, wheat flour and rice flour. I added extra stuff like baking powder, salt and pepper. To be honest, I did not get the right texture the first time round. I just added more flour and water until I get the texture and taste that I want. I am sorry but I do not have exact measurements.
Hi hugbear,
noted. I also aga agg when I cook..haha..no exact measurements.
Where did you get the premix flour mixture from? Any particular brand?
Thanks again!
The brand is Dragon Boat and it is produced by Kwong Cheong Thye.
