Difficult choice to make...hmmmm...but prefer B!
lee, both looks so pretty to me but i prefer B. I was with my mum at bedok this morning. For her, she chosen A. She said u're so creative.
I like B too! More for its intricate design more than anything. Keep it up!
Hi hugbear,
Love both your cakes. Wish I have the talent like you. I'm hopeless in baking. Often ended up with overbake cakes. Good job!!
By the way, I've posted 2 questions on your "char siew" and "mango pudding" comments but have not seen any replies.
Hope you reply soon.
Thanks for your comments.
Ooops, sorry abt not replying on your comments. I will go and take a look now.
Lee Lee, both your cakes looked really so professionally done! I love both creaming but my preference would be Cake B becos of the little intricate creaming around the sides of the cake.
Well Done, Lee Lee!
Lee, You heard this...but I must say it again..It's really BEAUTIFUL!

OMG!!! Lee Lee both r very pretty. How do u ice them with double colour? Do u use butter & whipping cream?
Both are lovely. If to choose, will be B. Love the flowers on the side.

I like B.
Puspa, I did all my creaming with freshcream. I am not a buttercream person. Dual colour, very easy, just fill your piping bag with two colours.
Hi Lee Lee, U r really good in your piping. Both of the cake are so beautiful and lovely...
Hi Lee Lee, have been reading your blog but never posted.. just wanted to let you know that I love both of them..difficult to decide lah! haha! Mus be yummy too! Hi Lee Lee,
Can you please give us a lesson (video) on how to cream a cake such as how to make flowers, leaves, branches and so on?
Thanks,
Mui Sim
Mui Sim, sorry I don't have any video to show but if you do a google search or search in youtube, you will be able to find many sites where they show you how to cream a cake.
