Chicken Pau
Just made chicken pau tonight for the boys and hubby for breakfast tomorrow. Going to keep some for my parents when I visit them tomorrow night.

Melinda, the chicken pau recipe is already in my blog. It's a very simple pau recipe which doesn't require long proofing time.
Wow..these look great!!!! I have always love to eat Chicken pau for my breakfast oor tea-snack.. :p

Need your advise. My pau always turned out flat and wide. Wonder what went wrong. Is it the way I fold the pleat or the proofing issue? Thanks for your advise. Btw, I love your bread and cake. I have been kneading my bread using hand, though it turn out delicious but it did not look puffy enough like yours. What shld i do? :>
