We are invited to a BBQ party later today and I have volunteered to bring some agar agar for them. This was made last night. Quite time consuming but worth it, don't you think so?

Wow.. this is really amazing!!!! The colour is so lovely :)
Goodness! Too pretty to be eaten.
Wow! Do you have to let each layer solidify before you add in the next layer?
look pretty colorful and delicious!!
This will be the centrepiece at the BBQ party!
So stately and beautiful.
WOW!
It's BEAUTIFUL!
It is hard to insert the doll in without destroying the agaragar?
nice colours. One question - how do you insert the doll into the agar agar without spoiling it?
Hi Baking Mum,
Where can i buy the barbie doll?
Thanks
Melinda

Thanks all for your compliments. Yes, you have to wait for each layer to harden before you can add the next layer. The barbie doll is only half body and just below the waist it has a shape point where you can insert it into the agar agar. I think I bought it from Ng Meng Huat in JB.
OH MY GOODNESS! you are AMAZING! SOOOOO PRETTTTTYYY ; ) ah leng
Ah leng, this is pretty but then hor, a lot of work lor. Imagine one layer after one layer. Plus every layer has a specific measurement.
Wonderfull. How do you stick one layer with the other? Do the layer slip?
No the layer doesn't slip. When the layer is harden you can use a toothpick or a fork to light scratch it so that the next layer will stick well together.
It's a really grate job!
Hi LeeLee,
Stunning piece of work! Very pretty! Ya, it will take a long to do all the layers, need lots of patience to do it.
