Jonathan asked for chocolate chip cookies today. Since we will be going to a housewarming party this evening, I doubled the recipe and made more to bring to the party. I made plain chocolate chip cookies (for Jonathan) and some with macadamia nuts and walnuts.

Your cookies are so nice and looked very delicious! I've tried to bake cookies on many occasions but it all turned out flat all the way and more chewy than crunchy...wonder why is that so! I so wanna make cookies just like yours!
Hi, i'm new to blogging .. may i ask how did you type wording in your photos before you upload em into your blog? Any special function to click on? Thanks
Hi Catherine, if you do try my chocolate chip cookie recipe, remember do not mix the butter with sugar for too long. Use two spoons to help you put the cookie dough onto the baking sheet. No need to flatten cookie dough before baking. During the course of baking, it will flatten out by itself. Bake for 5 mins longer to get a more crispy texture.
Hi Mannie, I used a photo editing programme to write words on my pictures and resize them before posting it up in free websites like photobucket or picturetrail.
