Banana Muffins
My first bake since my domestic helper left for her home leave on Tuesday morning. I let her go back for about 7 weeks as she is going back to get married and spend Christmas with her family. Hope that she is having a good time with her family now. This time round I just use the muffin tray without the papercup. Came out pretty good.

Sometimes i do that too, use brown sugar.

it looks really moist!!
i tried several time to make a moist and fluffy muffin but it never met my expectation. muffin for me is the hardest among all my baking attempt.
Try not to overmix the muffin batter. As soon as you overmix, the muffin will turn not hard.
