The best fried beansprout

Hubby is very good at cooking this dish. His is the best and the whole family just love it. I hate beansprout with the raw taste and smell. His is just right, crunchy and not overcooked and the salted fish is very crispy too.

Wow the bean spout looks well fried, I would like a bowl of steamy hot porridge with salted egg to complete my meal. Yummy yum yum.

your hubby's bean sprouts look better than those serve in restaurants and zhu char stalls. *drools* should get him to do the cooking more often ya, while you coach your son in psle. :)
