The best macaroon!

My boss' hubby brought back this lovely box of mini marcaroons for me from Zurich. I normally do not eat marcaroons as they are way too sweet for my liking. But for this one I had two at one go tonight because they are simple lovely. Not overly sweet and the fillings are very very good. No wonder my boss said that they were told this is the best marcaroons in Zurich.

Hi Ivy, the macaroons you baked are very pretty too. Really look so professional. I have never really dare to try baking them. I know it is not easy to get it right. Wait until I can pluck up the courage to try. Hehe

Thanks
