Sweet and Sour Fish

One of the dishes I cooked tonight for dinner. My favourite sweet and sour fish. Bought the two small size fish for a steal at Giant so I decided to make it sweet and sour. From the picture you can see that I love capsicum. I have loaded the sauce with lots of it.

Hi Irene, you will need a smaller mould for the redbean. Then a bigger mould where you can place the redbean jelly inbetween the white colour jelly. I have a special mould for that but if you don't you can make do with whatever you have on hand.
