My aunty Susie bought along a disposal bbq box and we had yummy bbq chicken wings too. This was nice and we have to do it again before the kids go back to school. LOL

Hi Lee Lee

I also made Wor Tip last weekend, the skin was not very nice.

300g flour, 40g rice flour, 130g water and 20g oil

What is the combination of your wor tip skin ??

Thanks and warm regards

Ellen, no need to use rice flour. Just use plain flour say about 250 gm, water about 150 gm, shortening about 20 gm and a pinch of salt. To get really nice guo tie, you need to make the skin thin. If guo tie skin is too thick, it will taste quite gialek.

The plain flour should be 300 gm and not 250 gm.

Your site is always an inspiration. Your picnic basket are scrumptious too! May I know what that was round with shrimp on top? How did you make that?

Cheers in advance LeeLee :)
