Jellies for my cousin

My cousin's wedding is tomorrow. I am supposed to make some jellies for the lunch tomorrow. So here are my jellies. My bear jelly wasn't done too well because I was too greedy, trying to make too many different jellies at the same time and thus timing was a bit off. Nevertheless, I am still satisfied with what I have made.

Lee lee,
Very pretty jelly you have made. Love the color combination!
May i know are those plain jelly or konnyaku jelly? Thank you.

Thanks Liz, these are just plain and coconut jelly. Not the konnayku jelly.

Hi, I stumbled upon your blog by chance and the bento set you made for the picnic looks really yummy. Especially the one with mushroom and shrimp. How did you made them? I noticed the rice seems to contain some ingredients. Can I know what you add to the rice?

Jacelyn, I have added those seasoning for rice into the sushi rice. To make the sushi ball, just use a plastic bag, oil it slightly and place some seasoned sushi rice on the plastic and top it off with topping of your choice. Holding on to the plastic bag, twist the plastic until you get a round ball of sushi. Hope I am making sense here.

Hello Leelee,
Saw ur bear bear jelly. Very pretty. I am wondering where can I buy the mould for the Big Bear bear. I will like to try that out for my son 1 year old birthday.
