Caramel Popcorns

This morning, Jon was asking for caramel popcorns. So here you can see him happily making his popcorn while I was caramelising sugar to coat the popcorns. It was too much for us to eat so we gave some to the neighbours and some to his friends at tuition.

Thanks JP. It is fun. Actually you still can do this w/o a popcorn machine. Just a non-stick wok can do the job.

Hugbear, can you share the recipe of the caramel with me? or is it just 100% melted sugar?

Does this caramel popcorn taste like the one sold in Singapore?
