Need your advise. My pau always turned out flat and wide. Wonder what went wrong. Is it the way I fold the pleat or the proofing issue? Thanks for your advise. Btw, I love your bread and cake. I have been kneading my bread using hand, though it turn out delicious but it did not look puffy enough like yours. What shld i do? :> Cheers Vic

Melinda, the chicken pau recipe is already in my blog. It's a very simple pau recipe which doesn't require long proofing time.
