Fried Fish Noodles and Bear Paws Burger
Our dinner tonight. The adults had fried fish noodles and the children had Bear Paw Burger. Hahaha, the Bear Paw shape burger bun is made using a recipe from a book my boy borrowed from the library. The beef/chicken patties were homemade too.
Hi Ling, very easy, cut up your fish into pieces, with or without bones is ok. No need any marination. Make sure fire is really hot. Put all the fish pieces into the hot oil and leave it alone. Do not stir it at first. You can only start stirring it when you can see that the fish is brown. This will avoid the fish pieces breaking up if you stir too early.
The Bear Paw Burger looks sooooo CUTE!!!
