I am a full-time working mum to 2 boys. I really enjoy baking and cooking and it feels so satisfying when my family enjoys my baking and cooking.

Christmas Cuppies
A friend ordered some Christmas cuppies for her colleagues. Since I will be away on vacation from 19 Dec I had to pass it to her earlier. She asked for cupcakes with Christmas deco and this is what I have done for her. Hope she will like it.

me again...wanted to ask u how to cut a cake into 2 layer evenly? Do i have to keep the cake in the fridge first? What type of knife to use? And oso can i leave the steam choc cake w choc ganach uncover in the fridge? Sorry to trouble you so many questions.

CH, like I said before, peel away the fondant layer and just eat the lovely Irish Bailey cream chocolate cake with Irish Bailey cream fondant.

Mei, you can try cut down on the flour, use 4 cups and refrigerate the dough so that you can roll it out and cut.
