CH, can be eaten. Last Sun my girlfriend's daughter was at my house and she ate some of the sugar paste flowers and a doggie. I told her it is very sweet but she still want to eat them.
Mei, the sugar paste can be eaten but it is really sweet. It can get hard too if you have added gum tex into the sugar paste so it is not so nice to eat.
Haha, didn't see this entry till now. I am the lucky birthday girl who received the cake. I couldn't eat it on the very day bcuz I ate too much birthday cakes in the day. Guess what? The cake was still very moist the next day. I kept some leftovers for my co-workers to try, it was still very moist! I ate some of the decorations, they were very sweet. This is the BEST birthday cake i've receivedso far. I can never thank you enough. Thank you x 100000000000
