This was dinner for hubby, the two boys and my domestic helper. Grilled cornish hen with onion and carrot. All said the hen tasted good.
For me, I am trying to cut out carbo, sugar and all the different sauces from my diet. Also trying to cut down on the amount of oil used too. So I have cooked myself a separate meal from the family. For my friend, Sandra, see what I have been eating ... hehehe
Panfried fish with saute cabbage.
Panfried chicken breast coated with curry and chilli powder and salt on a bed of saute cabbage and baby kailan.
I'm so hungry right now and looking at your delicious meal make it worst. I love cornish hen and oh man, I'm so hungry!
ReplyDeletewah....looked so much better than mine!!! Sandra

Hi LeeLee,
ReplyDeleteI've just started on regime #7 now. Thx for asking. I don't cook these days becos my tastebuds have gone amok and am very sensitive to some smells. Haha. Never mind lor, can still drool at virtual food. I do try to bake with the almost 7-mth helper though. Hope to try your sweet dough buns one of these days. We are very bread people. =)
Cheers.
