Some of my meals at home

It has been a while since I last updated my blog. So here it is sharing with you some of the meals and stuff that I have cooked for my family.

Saturday's Dinner - Nasi Lemak
Made the otah myself but I think I am a bit too generous with the laksa leaves.

Your nasi lemak and muah chee looks exceptionally good!

Btw, could you share your way of making muah chee? is it microwave or you steam it?

    Thanks in advance,

  6. Ning's Mummy, I will share the otah receipe later on.

Amy, I prefer to steam the muah chee rather than using the microwave. I also will use the shallot oil to oil my tray and to dip my scissors into before cutting the muah chee.
