Finally tried cooking the organic pasta given by my boss. Made some meatball with minced beef and pork, onion, gherkins, mustard, L&P sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Tasted quite nice. Also added crispy bacon bits on top for extra taste. I browned the bacon in the frying pan first and then used microwave to further crisp it up. I found that the organic pasta cooked much faster than the normal one I usually use. The pasta is softer than the usual one too. As this is the first time tasting organic pasta I am not sure if it should be like that.

ReplyDeletehmm....i have tried organic pasta before..should taste the same as 'regular' pasta...it's just that the grains used were grown without pesticides n chemicals, so should affect the taste or texture too much?? :)
Looks great by the way!! Yum!!
