Chocolate Truffles

I thought I will not have to make anything else since Christmas is over. But then I realised that I missed out some friends in my bakes so today I did another batch of truffles to give to them. Sharing with you my truffles. The ones that have whitish colour are the sweeter truffles whereas the all brown ones are slightly bitter.
