My agar agar orders

This weekend have been a busy one for me. I had two agar agar orders and a cake order. On top of that I had my gathering on Saturday and another gathering with hubby's friends on Sunday. Really feel tired after so much activities in one weekend. Anyway, sharing with you my colourful agar agar.

    Your agar agar look very nice and pretty. Would it be possible for you to share the secret to unmoulding them? Mine always breaks or splits when I try to get them out of the mould :(

    Hi Tatiana, always give your jelly mould a quick rinse under the tap and then tap away excess water. Leave the mould a little wet, it's ok. This step helps to make it easier to remove you jelly.

    When removing jelly, use a toothpick or a caketester to go round the circumference of the jelly to introduce air into it and give it a little tap on the bottom of the mould and the jelly will pop out nicely. If it doesn't, try the use the same toothpick to help push it out a little. But be careful not to cut too much into the jelly with the toothpick.
