This is my first snowskin mooncake that I have made for this year. The filling is using greenbean paste. Skin is not too sweet but the filling is. Well, cannot be helped since the paste is store-bought.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments. I will have to type out the recipe and post it here for both snowskin and jelly mooncake.
ReplyDeleteI usually get my ingredients and stuff from the local bakery supplies shop here in Singapore. I sometimes get it from Ng Meng Huat (NMH) in JB if I happen to be there. Most of the jelly mould that I have used here are from NMH.
In Singapore, you can try places like Phoon Huat, Sun Lik, Ailin, etc to get your baking supplies.
