Creamy Pasta and Crispy Fish

Cooked this tonight for the family and they like it. I love the roasted garlic tomatoes mayo dip. Very fragrant garlicy flavour.

Gave hubby a glass of fresh coconut water to cool off from the terribly hot weather in Singapore.
