I am a full-time working mum to 2 boys. I really enjoy baking and cooking and it feels so satisfying when my family enjoys my baking and cooking.

Happy Birthday, Hazel
Just came to know that your birthday was yesterday. Since we will be meeting for lunch tomorrow, I quickly baked you a small birthday cake after work. Wishing you everything good and Happy Belated Birthday, my friend.
I am one of the lucky one who was at lunch and tried the cake today and yes, it was indeed wonderful. Lee is an inspiration to me getting back to baking! Thanks my friend

I have not tried it yet .....but am waiting for the right moment.

Hi Ellen, this is not buttercream. It's all fresh whipping cream. I normally uses non-diary whipping cream for my cake deco.
