I am a full-time working mum to 2 boys. I really enjoy baking and cooking and it feels so satisfying when my family enjoys my baking and cooking.

Banana Cake
I had some riped banana that I have to use up by today. So decide to make some banana cake. Actually I was thinking of making into one big round cake but last minute decided to make it into individual cup.
Thank You Lee Lee, The banana cupcakes indeed were very good, very different from the usual banana cake that we used to eat. Really enjoyed them becos the banana fillings were solid.
